Overview
I developed an Estate Management System using Laravel and Blade to streamline the supervision of properties, tenants, finances, and facilities. The platform provides landlords and estate owners with tools to manage rent payments, tenant records, maintenance requests, and administrative tasks all in one place. On the frontend, I built responsive, user-friendly interfaces with Laravel Blade and Tailwind CSS, ensuring smooth interaction for both landlords and tenants. On the backend, I implemented features to handle tenant management, rent tracking, issue reporting, and notifications, making the system practical for real-world estate operations. This project strengthened my skills in Laravel full-stack development, from structuring dynamic templates to integrating backend logic, and gave me experience in building a functional property management solution that balances both landlord and tenant needs.
